When Love Fades Away

Recommended Readings:

Love is the most beautiful feeling one can have. Without it, life is meaningless.

When you are in love, everything seems so perfect. There is that love burning in your heart.  You are on fire and are excited about things in life. Nothing else matters, except the two of you. You wake up each day inspired, full of hopes and dreams, and retire each night at peace with a smile looking forward to a new day together. Because of love, you find solutions to all your problems.

But, what if love fades away?

There are numerous factors that can happen which could result in love fading away. Love can end when both parties are unwilling to cooperate, compromise and understand.

Here are a few factors that can lead to love fading away:

1. Distance.

Distance can kill a beautiful love once shared. The absence of one can make a heart go and wonder. If the heart wonders while the other is not around, relationship can go astray and so does love. Break that distance by showing that love can flourish even miles apart. Stay close while being apart by spicing up that long-distance loving. You can do this by communicating over the phone more often, chatting online with a webcam, surprise each other with a visit, sending her flowers or you can let her see videos of newly released movies to entertain her while you are not around. But, most of all, keep the faith. While it is rough to be being apart from each other, thinking too much about the situation can take a toll in your relationship. Instead of moaning that you are not seeing each other, why not talk about interesting things each of you have been doing when you talk again? Reverse the situation that absence makes the heart grow fonder.

2. Money.

It’s true. Money is the root of all evil and this is the number one killer of a beautiful relationship. It separates wives and husbands, parents and children all because of money. Stories abound both online and offline that marriages are broken because of financial problems. These came worst during the time of recession when people lost their jobs and cannot afford anymore to bring food on the table, much less a roof over their heads. Couples promising that they will stick together through thick and thin, for richer and poorer never realize just how great the impact can be in their relationship when faced with financial problems. Let love sit in and money problem finds solution. Don’t let money ruin the relationship. Discuss ways and find solution. Everything is attainable if two heads are working for a common goal.

3. Third-Party.

A third party can be devastating to the other who expects one to be loyal in the relationship. While this situation can be solved if the other is willing to forgive and forget and just move on, this can create a stain in the once happy relationship. Or, a worst case scenario could happen, when the aggrieved party may think twice in extending forgiveness and just completely dump the other. A woman is typically forgiving and patient, but when the heart gets tired she can move on and never ever look back again. Fight temptation if you want to keep your woman. Otherwise, when she’s out she wants out completely.

4. Lack of communication.

With numerous telecommunication companies competing for customers nowadays, there is no more reason at all for one to not be able to communicate to the other despite the distance. It is cheaper to call now than ever before and there are various ways to send out your message to your loved one. A simple text can change everything. Or, you can get a phone card and call your loved one if you hate tapping the small keys in your mobile phone. The lowest rates available for all international and domestic calling need are offered by Comfi Phonecards, a leader in prepaid phone card services. You can also avail of Lingo‘s unlimited local and long-distance calls in the US and to over 45 countries all for $21.95 per month with your 1st month free.

5. Jealousy.

This is the most common issue in a relationship. One gets jealous for fear of losing someone. Jealousy has been conceived as a sickening combination of possessiveness, suspicion, rage and humiliation. All of which can overtake ones’ mind and threaten your very core. It is a sign of insecurity.

To fight this, break that habit and train your mind. This can be done by being aware of what is happening in your relationship. Awareness allows you to see that the stories you are projecting in your mind are not true and are baseless. You can train your mind by thinking positive thoughts about yourself and your life. By doing so, you are letting go of everything you fear or afraid of losing. Recite your best qualities in your head. By reciting them you are producing a stronger self-image and thereby eliminating jealousy in your mind. Do not let jealousy ruin your relationship. Fight while it is early and manageable.
